Tyler is a commercial litigator who has worked extensively in the fields of contract litigation, municipal law, tax law, consumer fraud and landlord/tenant litigation. Mr. Zeberl represents clients in various business, real estate, municipal, estate and tax matters. He has appeared before various courts within the State of New Jersey and New York and before administrative agencies throughout New England. Given Mr. Zeberl’s diverse background and litigation experience, he is a zealous advocate for his clients both in and out of the courtroom. Tyler is a 2016 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law thereafter he completed a clerkship with the Honorable Patrick DeAlmeida, J.A.D. (formerly Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Tax Court). Following his clerkship, Mr. Zeberl served as a litigation associate specializing in business law, landlord/tenant litigation and tax law. He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars and the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey.
